If D1RT isn't working for you, we want to make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To start the process, reach out to us at hello@d1rt.com with your name and order number and we'll take it from there.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
We may ask you to return the product. If so, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
